Started in 2008 with two painters and a scooter
Rajesh Maheshwari took his first painting job in a Gyan Khand flat in 2008, doing the prep himself and hiring two painters for the coats. There was no office, no website, and no marketing budget — just the promise that the site would be clean every evening and the price would not change halfway.
Eighteen years later the crew has grown to forty-five, but almost nothing about the way we work has changed. Rajesh still visits every site before quoting, still answers his own phone, and still walks the final punch-list with the customer before asking for the last payment.
Around 70% of our work now comes from neighbours and referrals inside the same societies we have already painted. That number is the only performance review we pay attention to.

Four things we refuse to compromise on
One crew, start to finish
The painters who start your flat finish it. We do not rotate people between sites to stretch a schedule, because that is where quality and accountability both disappear.
The quote is the price
Every quote is itemised per sq.ft. with the product name written in. We have never added a line after signing, and we are not going to start.
Trained, not casual, labour
Our 45 painters are on our own roll and trained in-house on prep, cut-in and texture. Most have been with us more than five years.
We fix things without an argument
If something is wrong three months later, call and we come back. That is the whole reason most of our work comes from neighbours of past customers.
